The Seibels Law Firm has formed a relationship with Paul Frank + Collins, a captive insurance law firm in Burlington, Vermont. Seibels will advise mutual clients of the two firms on matters of South Carolina's captive insurance law. It will also act as a liaison with South Carolina captive insurance regulators and will make all required corporate and regulatory filings in South Carolina.
